Essay

The theoretical generalization and a new approach to the solution of the scientific task of improving the treatment results of patients with complicated flow through the entero-colostomy by correction of paradigmatic complications and functional disorders as well as the introduction of new technologies of treatment are given. A total of 480 patients were studied, of which 442 were colostomates and 38 enterostomates. In the group of patients with colostomy and enterostomy, the most common pathology was colon cancer – 418 colostomates, and 10 enterostomates. In 110 patients form 480 ostomates patients, 155 early paraentero-colostomy complications occurred, accounting for 32.3 % of the patients underwent surgery. Early purulent-inflammatory entero-colostomy complications developed in 102 (65.8 %) patients from the total number of early parastomal complications. The main pathogens of infection in early inflammatory complications during treatment were E.coli (71.1 %), where E.coli. We refer the early stricture of the stoma of the "Bishop's collar" type to early enetrostomy complications, which is observed in patients with eneterostoma, for the treatment of which the surgical tactic has been proposed and the patent of Ukraine was obtained (Patent of Ukraine No. 114995). It was found that the use of Enterol 250 in the complex treatment of enterostomy patients in the early postoperative period lead to reducing the volume of intestinal secretions, the prevention and treatment of diarrhea syndrome. Our method of moving chymes with two-duct separative enterostomy promotes faster restoration of passage and prevention of dysbiosis of the excluded intestine segment (Patent of Ukraine for utility model №72126). The proposed system of rehabilitation of patients with parastomal complications. The evaluation of quality of life (QOL) has shown that the QOL of patients with single duct enterostoma was lowest rate, the highest in patients with two-duct colostomy (p<0.05).
