Nikiforov O. Optimization of organizational and technological solutions of management of grain storages construction enterprises

The object of research – optimization of organizational and technological solutions of grain storages construction and reconstruction while managing the building of various construction sites and the enterprise as a whole under the following conditions: the territorial fragmentation of the construction sites, the limited range of work performed, differences in the scale of the construction sites being built, reconstruction without special types of work; goal – to optimize organizational and technological solutions of managing the grain storages construction and reconstruction enterprise and the construction of individual construction sites by increasing the efficiency of the organizational managerial structures and improving operational activity according to the criterion of profitability and cost of construction product; methods – system approach and generalization, combinatorial morphological analysis, abstraction, formalization, management methods; methods of organizational technological, economic mathematical and simulation modeling, multivariate correlation-regression analysis, methods of theory of experiment planning, qualitative, quantitative and comparative analysis; expert heuristic assessment methods, process-operational approach; results – the methodological approach was developed for modeling multidimensional organizational structures for managing grain storages construction and reconstruction enterprises for the of elevators; there were identified patterns of changes in information and reconstruction when changing varying organizational and technological factors; there were improved methods of modeling the operational activity of construction enterprises; recommendations were developed on the choice of efficient organizational and technological solutions for the grain storages construction and reconstruction; the imperfection of the current regulatory methodology for calculating general production costs was revealed and it was justified that for grain storages the value of such costs should be determined by modeling; introduced – with the rationalization of the organizational structures of the LLC "ADEPT-KOMPLEKT" company and the optimization of costs for construction and installation works by the company LLC "Ukrstroy Service".
