Essay

The object: the training of Maters of the Primary education at high educational institutions, the goal – to ground theoretically, to develop and to test experimentally the model of training Masters of Primary education for the implementation of the technology of the context teaching; methods: the analysis of the scientific, pedagogical literature, dissertation thesis’, systematization and the generalization of the pedagogical experience and documentation; modeling, pedagogical observation, surveys, pedagogical experiment, methods of the mathematical statistics; the novelty of the scientific research: it was theoretically grounded, developed and tested experimentally the model of training Masters of Primary education for the implementation of the technology of context teaching which consists of: methodological, content-processing, analytical-reflexive blocks; it is realized due to the creation of the pedagogical conditions and provides the formation of Primary education’s Masters’ readiness for the implementation of the technology of context teaching and provides the using of the appropriate resource supplement (content, forms, methods of teaching); it was determined the essence of the term “training of masters of Primary education for the implementation of the technology of the context teaching”; it was detailed the terminological apparatus on training Masters of Primary education for the implementation technology of context teaching, particularly the term (notion) “readiness of Masters of Primary education for the implementation technology of context teaching”; there was improved the content of training Masters of Primary education, particularly its general-pedagogical and didactic-methodic components, the further development gained the ideas of using personally-oriented, competence, technological approaches within the process of training Masters of Primary education at high educational institutions; peculiarities of formation Masters’ readiness for the implementation of the technology of context teaching.
