The dissertation research substantiates the necessity and expediency of formation of future managers’ readiness for adaptive management in the process of their professional training in higher education establishments in view of the current demands of the labor market, socio-economic and socio-political challenges. The object of the dissertation research is future managers’ professional training in institutions of higher education, and the subject is pedagogical conditions for the formation of future managers' readiness for adaptive management in the process of professional training.
