The thesis analyzes the state of research of the problem of professional training of future specialists in public relations in terms of education informatization in pedagogical theory and practice in Ukraine and abroad. Based on the results of the analysis, the lack of comprehensive research was revealed and the following main problems were identified: inadequate staffing of the educational process, lack of substantial teaching experience of training in the specified field that leads to a lack of teaching methods for professional disciplines and implementation of information technology in the educational process in terms of informatization of education, imperfection of content, forms and methods, teaching materials.
One of the key problems of the training of future specialists in public relations in conditions of informatization of education in Ukraine identified: lack of significant teaching experience training in the given specialty, leading to a lack of technology training future experts in public relations using information-communication technologies in the educational process. The research indicates that increasing the effectiveness of the technology of training future professionals in public relations may be due to the complex implementation of distance learning systems in the educational process.
Generalization of approaches of Ukrainian and foreign scholars on professional competence of future specialists in public relations made it possible to determine that the main professional qualities of future specialists in public relations include the following: ability to create materials for PR activities (Writing skills), Communication skills, Creativity, Public speaking, Organizational skills, Understanding of social media, etc.
It is determined that the systems of distance learning are understood as modern information and communication technologies, which are aimed at solving the basic educational tasks of professional training and formation of professional qualities of future specialists in public relations.
The information resources, which can be used in the system of distance learning in accordance with the main professional tasks of future PR specialists, have been considered. It has been determined that for the preparation of materials for PR activities such as: writing articles and speeches in the media, public relations programs, advertising materials, etc., it is suggested to use such information resources as static and dynamic infographics, text editors, blogs, websites.
The study of the competence structure of future PR specialists in the preparation of materials for PR activities contributed to the determination and substantiation of its components: value, cognitive, technological, evaluation and productive.
Experimental work was carried out in accordance with the tasks of the research.
The results of the experiment were analyzed; according to them, there was an increase in the number of students with a high and sufficient level of competence formation in the preparation of materials for PR activities and reduction of the number of respondents with the average and initial level of formation of the phenomenon.
