Essay

Object – psychological features of formation of intellectual actions in the course of studying by students of a foreign language; purpose – to define cognitive features of the psychological mechanism of generation and perception of a speech statement as bases of development of foreign-language speech competence of students; methods – theoretical (systematization and generalization), empirical (psychology-pedagogical experiment), mathematic-statistical methods of data processing; novelty – an approximate basis of intellectual actions of generation and perception of a speech statement is defined for the first time; compliance of intellectual speech actions which are defined by structural-semantic communication, the metacognitive strategy of training and high level of speech competence of students is revealed for the first time; ideas of personal-typological features of contents and structure of intellectual actions at the solution of linguistic problems of generation and perception of a foreign-language statement are expanded; ideas of foreign-language speech competence by inclusion in its characteristics the intellectual actions of generation and perception of a foreign-language statement as units of speech action are expanded; ideas of cognitive features of formation of speech actions by means of identification of communication between complexity of cognitive-semantic structure and efficiency of intellectual actions of generation and perception of a foreign-language statement, expressed in indicators of completeness, speed and accuracy of the solution of linguistic tasks by students are expanded; means of psychodiagnostics of foreign-language speech competence are improved by creation of the battery of tests of a format of electronic training for studying of intellectual actions of students; development tools of foreign-language speech competence of students are improved through formation of intellectual actions as image of the solution of linguistic tasks; results – the psychological model of purposeful formation of intellectual actions of generation and perception of speech statements taking into account cognitive features of students within electronic training is created; typological profiles of students relative to cognitive features of formation of intellectual actions of generation and perception of a foreign-language statement are defined; the program of purposeful development of perceptual and productive speech actions as bases of development of foreign-language speech competence of students is developed and approved. Basic provisions of work and results received in a dissertation research can be used during vocational training of students when teaching training courses "Foreign language", "A foreign language in the specialty", online foreign language courses.
