The purpose of the research: theoretically - empirically, to introduce the peculiarities of the influence of the temporal perspective of the individual on her vital aspirations. The subject of the research is life aspirations as a component of the person's motivational sphere. The subject of the study is the peculiarities of the temporal perspective as an integral part of the structure of the life's aspirations of the individual. Research methods. In order to solve the research tasks, the following methods were used in the work: theoretical methods (problem-logical method, induction, abstraction, generalization, systematization), used for generalization of theoretical and methodological foundations; methods of psychological diagnostics and mathematical processing of data. Scientific novelty of the obtained results of the dissertation research is that for the first time: the features of the structure of life's aspirations of the personality of the employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations on the leading time orientation have been determined; the psychological content of His-function of the mature person as the main parameter of life's aspirations of employees of the Ministry of Emergencies is revealed and empirically confirmed; The four-component models of interaction of the Ego-functions of life's aspirations of employees of the Ministry for Emergencies with different types of time orientation have been developed; It was established that the criterion of importance and probability of internal (personal growth, health) and external (popularity, physical attractiveness, wealth) life's aspirations of employees of the Ministry of Emergencies is above the average group rate; -used new integral factors, which greatly increased the space of definition of the formation of life aspirations and complemented the structure of the process of achievement; It was determined that the employees of the Ministry for Emergencies, with the focus on past and present, have shown a significant level of orientation in the meanings of their own lives, personal effectiveness, orientation in the achievement of their own development, professional and social status; Differences between real and ideal life aspirations of employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations on all indicators were demonstrated; the advantage of temporal prospects "Negative past" and "Fatalistic present" in the self-awareness of the Ministry of Emergencies; It is established that undeveloped skills of analyzing events and decisions in the past complicate the life of employees of the Ministry of Emergencies. it was demonstrated that the employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations fill in the meaningful meaning of present-day life and life in the future, drawing it from the past; it is shown that the realistic goals of the Ministry of Emergency Situations do not give meaning to their lives; the study on the influence of the current time perspective on life aspirations is supplemented; got further development: a view on the life aspirations of the individual within the framework of motivational processes related to the content of internal and external motivation, viability, sense of life orientations and time orientation (past and future).
