Bulaievska O. Psychological peculiarities of professional interaction of medical personnel in emergency situations of urgent care.

The research is devoted to the problem study of the problem of the professional interaction among the medical staff of the emergency medical team, which can be described through a set of three components: professional activity, professional communication and professional skills of the emergency teams. The essence and content of the concept of «interaction of medical staff of emergency teams (emergency medical aid)» is operated as a form of its professional activity, which determines the relations of medical personnel of emergency teams (emergency) medical care with patients, which are realized in the subject-subjective (subject-objective) relationships with them using verbal and non-verbal means in special and/or emergency situations. The substantive and substantive aspects of significant organizational and psychological peculiarities of the professional activity of the medical staff of the Emergensy Team in the framework of his professional interaction, which are necessary for his professional growth and self-improvement, are determined. The structural and functional organization of the formation model of medical personnel readiness for constructive interaction in special and/or extreme emergency situations is elaborated and scientifically substantiated, its main structural components are determined. The author's training program «Professional Interaction in Emergency Situations» was developed and implemented in the practice of training medical personnel, which includes psychotherapy of holotropic breathing; directed visualization; body-oriented and dance-motor psycho-technics; communicative technologies; relaxation techniques; meditation Practical recommendations on the formation of readiness of medical personnel for constructive professional interaction in special and/or emergency situations, in which the main directions of perfection of the process of its professionalization were revealed, were worked out.
