The thesis is devoted to the study of the legal status of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court in the doctrine and practice of the International Criminal Court. In the scientific research analyzed the organizational structure of the Office of the Prosecutor and his place among the main organs of the International Criminal Court, the election of the Prosecutor and removal from office, withdrawals and disciplinary measures (penalties), privileges and immunities and the powers of the Prosecutor at each stage of the proceedings in the International Criminal Court. Particular attentions are paid to the procedural status of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, in particular, the powers of the Prosecutor are separately examined at the stage of initiation of an investigation, investigation of a criminal case, preliminary criminal proceedings, trial, appeal proceedings, execution of sentence and revision.
