The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical and empirical study of the problem of the development of attitudes of future employees of police units of preventive activity to the socio-professional environment. The basic theoretical approaches of scientists concerning the content, classifications, functions and dynamics of personality attitudes in the context of their systemicity are analyzed. The professional development of law enforcement in the context of development of his system of attitudes is considered. The results of theoretical and empirical studies of personality at the stage of professional training are generalized. A checklist of 73 concepts is defined that are important objects and phenomena of the socio-professional environment of the subjects. On the basis of psychological diagnostics of 178 students of different sexes and different years of study, psychological peculiarities of the attitudes of employees of the police units of the preventive activity of the National Police of Ukraine to the social and professional environment at the stage of professional training were revealed. The peculiarities of the attitudes of police officers of the preventive activity of the National Police of Ukraine of different sexes to the social and professional environment at the stage of professional training are determined. The psychological program of harmonization of attitudes of employees of the police units of the preventive activity of the National Police of Ukraine to the social-professional environment at the stage of professional training is proposed.
