Essay

Described and empirically studied structural components of psychological well-being. The psychodiagnostic technique aimed at revealing features of psychological well-being is developed. The existence and correlation of resources and factors of psychological well-being are theoretically substantiated and empirically confirmed. The psychological features of persons differing in the level of expression of psychological well-being are revealed, specificity of their resources and factors is shown.
