Timchenko R. Formation of special competences of future masters in finance and credit during the studying of economic disciplines

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of the formation of special competences of future masters in finance and credit during the studying of economical disciplines, the condition of this problem in psychology-pedagogical and scientific literature is analyzed. The analysis of the source base made possible to determine the multicomponent of the problem of theory and practice regarding the formation of special competences of future masters in finance and credit during the studying of economic disciplines; to demonstrate the multidisciplinarity of scientific approaches to the researched problem and the variety of interpretation of the content and tasks of the formation of special competences of specialists. It is determined that the formation of professional qualities is an important component of the special competence of future specialists in finance and credit during the studying of economic disciplines. The dissertation researches the theoretical grounds of the formation of special competences of future masters in scientific researches; content characteristics of professional competence of future specialists in economics are given; the modern educational practice concerning the formation of special competences of future masters in finance and credit in the process of studying of economic disciplines is analyzed. The following special competences of future masters in finance and credit in the process of studying of economic disciplines are revealed: scientific competence; information competence; managerial competence; social and communicative competence; personal competence. Effective forms and methods of forming of the special competences of future finance and credit specialists are: practical classes in Word and Excel, developed methodological recommendations, interesting facts on the economic topic, quotations, financial situations; interactive online services (creation of interactive exercises for educational disciplines: tasks, tests, crossword puzzles, surveys, logic games, complex tasks, etc.), which ensures the integrity of the formation of professional competences of future masters in finance and credit during the studying of economic disciplines. The main approaches to the modeling of the process of effective formation of special competences of future masters in finance and credit during the studying of economical disciplines were characterized; criteria, indicators, levels of formation of special competences of future masters in finance and credit in the process of studying of economical disciplines are defined; pedagogical conditions and mechanisms of their realization in relation to formation of special competences of future masters in finance and credit in the process of studying of economical disciplines are specified and substantiated. The pedagogical conditions, the model of formation of special competences of future masters in finance and credit in the process of studying of economical disciplines have been experimentally tested. A comparative analysis of the results of experimental work was carried out.
