Essay

The essence and structure of the "professional socialization" phenomenon have been highlighted. The criteria and corresponding indicators of professional socialization maturity have been determined. Pedagogical conditions contributing to MA students' professional socialization have been substantiated and experimentally checked. A model of MA students' pedagogical socialization and an experimental technique of its implementation have been designed and approbated.
