Skryp V. Medico-social substantiation of the training model of health care institutions for autonomy

The dissertation is devoted to the actual scientific task of preparing health care institutions to change the legal status from communal institutions to municipal non-profit enterprises. On the basis of the results of the comprehensive research, the model of the health care institutions training to autonomy was substantiated, with the definition of the subject of process management, the object of influence, the block of scientific regulation with the allocation of the following areas of activity: analytical, communication, normative, organizational, managerial decisions of the owner of the HCI. An important component of this is the training of healthcare organizers, employees of the personnel and economic services of the HCI for work in the new organizational, legal and economic conditions as a result of the transformation of the Health Care Institutions into a non-profit enterprise. The central element of the model is the health care institutions that are subject to autonomy. The results of the implementation of the proposed medel proved its expediency.
