Essay

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical substantiation and experimental verification of the proposed pedagogical conditions and the model of development of professional competence of technical specialists in the system of the educational environment of the college. The conceptual-terminological apparatus of the investigated problem is specified. The components of development of professional competence are singled out. Namely: theoretical-informational, activity-practical, motivational-value. They are the most dynamic in the college educational system. In accordance with these components, criteria are defined (cognitive, motivational, activity), as well as indicators that affect their change. Quantitative evaluation of indicators was carried out by conducting tests, questionnaires, interviewing participants in a pedagogical experiment. The following pedagogical conditions are determined. The first is a scientific and methodological support. It follows from the need to create appropriate conditions for mastering pedagogical skills and skills during the first years of practical work. The second condition is the availability of organizational information system. It involves deepening the teacher's theoretical training. This condition is undermined by the coordination and harmonization of relationships with students and colleagues. The third pedagogical condition is the support of organizational and educational work, which involves the work of a teacher, as an assistant curator of a student group, assistant psychologist, organizer of exhibitions methodological and creative works, etc. The model of development of professional competence of technical specialists in the system of educational environment of the college is offered. The practical realization of the model was carried out by holding the recording and forming stages, as well as the stage of statistical processing of the data of the experiment. The conclusion is made on the effectiveness of the proposed actions and measures to develop the professional competence of technical specialists in the college educational system
