The research is devoted to the problem of forming the readiness of future skilled workers of the agrarian sector for professional activity. The scientific-pedagogical analysis of the raised issue was conducted; the essence of the concept "readiness of future skilled workers of agrarian industry for professional activity" is specified. The readiness of the future skilled workers of the agrarian sector for professional activity is characterized by the integral internal personal formation, characterized by their ability to independently acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, skills of individual and group fulfillment of cognitive, technological, design and other tasks that are completed by the provision of machine-tool services. The components of readiness of future skilled workers of agrarian industry for professional activity are arranged and substantiated. Motivational component – professionally significant needs, interests and motives of professional work of future skilled workers of the agrarian sector, which determine the person's aspiration to successfully solve professional problems and positive attitude to the chosen profession). Cognitive component – an understanding of social significance, the need for a chosen profession, knowledge of ways to achieve the goal, the desire to independently acquire knowledge, skills, skills, the construction of special-professional knowledge. The practical component is the presence of qualified specialists in the agrarian sector, formed at the appropriate level of professional knowledge, skills, skills that meet the qualification requirements of the chosen profession. Subjective component – the ability to self-regulate educational and professional activities, awareness of the subject of professional activity and the subjective attitude towards himself as a professional, specialist in the agrarian sector. The criteria (professional-motivational, cognitive, operational-activity and subjective), indicators and levels of readiness of future skilled workers of agrarian industry for professional activity are determined. The pedagogical conditions for the formation of readiness of future skilled workers of the agrarian sector for professional activity are theoretically substantiated and experimentally verified: increasing the motivation of future skilled workers of the agrarian sector to professional activity; creation of innovative professional training environment in the process of studying special disciplines; improvement of teaching and methodical provision of professional training of future skilled workers of the agrarian sector on the basis of a competent approach. The structural and functional model of forming the readiness of future skilled workers of the agrarian sector for professional activity, which combines the target, theoretical and methodological, content-technological, diagnostic-productive blocks is developed and implemented in the educational process of vocational and technical educational institutions. It was recorded that in experimental groups the qualitative and quantitative readiness indicators after the completion of the molding experiment are significantly higher than in the control group, which testifies to the various positive effects of certain pedagogical conditions and the developed structural and functional model. The development of the model contributed to the training of future skilled workers of the agrarian sector to the needs of modern agrarian education and gave an opportunity to offer a practical implementation option within the framework of the current normative and legal support. Educational process of vocational and technical educational institutions is developed and implemented in educational-methodical provision for improvement of the process of forming the readiness of future skilled workers of the agrarian sector for professional activity.
