Essay

Thesis is devoted to the solution of important scientific and practical tasks of health care – the development and implementation of the optimized model of substance abuse treatment in conditions of reforming the health care system. After comprehensive research optimized functional-and-organizational model of substance abuse treatment to the population at the regional level in terms of reforming the health care system was justified. The model developed was implemented in the region, positively assessed by independent experts (9.6 out of 10 possible points) and recommended for introduction in health care system of Ukraine.
