Boyko V. Medico-social justification of the need of agricultural area population in primary and specialized (secondary) medical care

The thesis is devoted to the decision of actual scientific task as for the justification of the need of agricultural area population in primary and specialized medical care. The results of the research gave possibility to justify the need of agricultural area population in primary and specialized ambulatory-and-polyclinic medical care which consists in expanding the network of health care institutions of primary level and the increase on 5.3 of the posts of general practitioners-family doctors with 10.7 level alongside with removing the posts local service doctors. The network of consultative polyclinics and consultative-diagnostic centers is created for the provision of specialized outpatient services. The need for the formation on the secondary level of medical care in three hospital districts, with the establishment of intensive treatment hospitals as the hospital district forming hospital in time directions within the therapeutic window is calculated. The need for intensive care beds is growing at 3.9 times and amounts to 760 hospital beds while providing them the population of 6.7 per 10 thousands. The need for opening of 380 beds for rehabilitation with the provision of population 3.4 is justified. The total need for hospital beds is reduced on 10.1 %.
