Essay

The object is the professional training of future teachers of the humanities.The purpose is to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the pedagogical conditions and model of formation of facilitation competence of future teachers of humanities. There are theoretical, empirical, statistical methods.Novelty -the pedagogical conditions for the formation of facilitation competence of future teachers of the humanities are the first to be scientifically substantiated.The model of formation of facilitation competence of future teachers of humanitarian specialties is developed.The structure of facilitation competence of future teachers of humanitarian specialties is determined.A special course "Fundamentals of Facilitating Competence of Future Teachers-Humanities" was developed; program of work of the pedagogical workshop-group "Facilitation - a metaprogram of professional growth of the future teacher-humanities", a system of research problems of a problem nature, differentiated by the level of complexity as a result.Implementation efficiency is high. Branch - pedagogical, higher education institutions.
