Pisna O. Global Transformation of TNCs Business Environment

The thesis is devoted to the comprehensive study of global transformations of the business environment of TNCs through the prism of their driving forces and megatrends. It reveals theoretical bases of studying the business environment of TNCs, specifies the essence and types of the international business environment, as well as characterizes current models for analyzing the business environment of TNCs. The paradigm of global economic development, which, on the one hand, is based on traditional approaches to the classification of the factors of the TNCs business environment, and on the other - reflects systemic influence of the new megatrends of world economic development, such as financial and technological globalization, increase of global turbulence, digitalization, networking, ecologization and socialization of economic processes on the business environment of TNCs, has been substantiated in the thesis.
