Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the deepening of theoretical and methodological foundations of the global economic development informatization process and the substantiation of the priority directions of the development of the information strategy of Ukraine in the process of its integration into the global economic space. The paper analyzes the structure and features of the modern stage of the development of information processes. It is substantiated that informatization not only acts as a universal element of technological progress, but also acquires the features of information and innovation components in the formation of strategies of international competitiveness. In this context, the state strategy of global innovation development in the context of global competition should be based on the concept of the development of informatization, which is its conceptual basis. The scientific-methodical approach to the estimation and forecasting of the global economic development by informatization process individual groups of countries with the similar level of the information-economic environment and taking into account global factors of influence are developed and applied. Based on the study of the interdependence of the level of informatization and macroeconomic development of the countries of the world and Ukraine, as well as a comprehensive assessment of the peculiarities of the informatization process, a conceptual model of information strategy of Ukraine is developed, that based on the definition of existing problems and strategic tasks, involves the introduction of a complex of strategic directions of development and aims at accelerated formation, the domestic information environment and its successful integration into the international information environment.
