Essay

The current trends in the development of the Defimal Movement throughout the world show that the sports of disabled people are characterized by the highest physical activity during training and competitions, high nervous-emotional strain of the struggle, which was considered possible only in sports of healthy athletes. The intensification of the training process, which contributes to the achievement of high sports performance in the sports of the disabled, typically includes daily workouts, leaving less and less room for restoring physical fitness. The study was conducted during 2014 - 2017. The research was conducted on the basis of the teams of the major league of the public extracurricular educational institution of Dnipropetrovsk region council "Children and Youth Sport School - INVASPORT" (Dnipro) and the deflympic basketball team of Ukraine. 21 qualified basketball players with hearing impairments took part in the research. The results of the dissertation research are introduced into the training process of basketball players with hearing impairments of the public extracurricular educational institution of Dnipropetrovsk region council "Children and Youth Sport School-INVASPORT" (Dnipro), the deflympic basketball national team of Ukraine; in educational process of the Prydniprovsk State Academy of Physical Culture and Sport in subject "Adaptive sport" which is confirmed by the corresponding acts of introduction. For the first time the effectiveness of the use of auxiliary and special physical training in the preparatory and competitive periods, which in the structure of motor activity and the predominant focus on the development of vestibular stability, proprioceptive sensitivity and properties of the Central nervous system and its significant contribution to the physical condition of basketball players with hearing impairment is scientifically substantiated. The paper reveals the peculiarities of physical preparedness and functional state of basketball players with hearing impairments. The basic indicators of physical preparedness, as well as their interrelation with the functional state of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems and the properties of the nervous system of basketball players with hearing impairments are determined. Positive direct and feedback relationships between the indicators characterizing the level of development of special physical qualities, the functional state of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, as well as the basic properties of the central nervous system of athletes with hearing impairments and their influence on the results of competitive activities in basketball are determined. The issues of peculiarities of the training of qualified basketball players with hearing impairments are highlighted, the analysis of scientific and methodical literature in this area is carried out, data of the comparative analysis of the level of physical preparedness and functional state of basketball players with hearing impairments, the properties of their nervous system and the analysis of the effectiveness of competitive activities are presented. In this work the main aspects and features of constructing a training process of qualified basketball players with hearing impairments are revealed, depending on the phases of their sports form. The effectiveness of the proposed training method is confirmed.
