Essay

The thesis considers the structure and content of physical training of highly skilled athletes with hearing impairment, specializing in hurdles, which today does not take into account the features of this nosological group and does not have sufficient scientific and methodological basis for their competitive and training activities. Differences of used, taking into account the features of this nosological group, parameters in the methodology developed by us and the classical structure and content of the training process recommended by special literature, were to increase the recovery time between repetitions of exercises, increase the intensity of running load and reduce its duration, change of proportion of General, special and auxiliary physical training (APT), due to the redistribution of hours, as well as the use of three consecutive impact microcycles in the autumn-winter and spring-summer preparatory periods. The results of the expert evaluation determined that it is necessary to increase the share of cross and slow running in the preparatory periods of the annual training cycle by increasing the intensity of these exercises by 30% and increase the proportion of running with the intensity of 90-95% in the shock microcycles of precompetition mesocycle by reducing the volume of speed-strength exercises by 20%. The results of the implementation of the methodology of physical training allowed to improve the results of competitive performances significantly, and for two hurdles with hearing impairments to take prizes at the deflympic games in 2017 in the 400 mhurdles and in the 4x400 m relay race.It indicates the expediency and effectiveness of using the developed methodology in the preparation of highly qualified hurdlers with hearing impairments at the stage of maximum realization of individual capabilities. The use of the offered methods of improving the physical training of highly skilled athletes with hearing impairment, specializing in hurdling, contributed to the improvement of physical fitness, functional status and sports results, which gives grounds for its practical implementation in the system of sports training of athletes with hearing impairment at the stage of maximum realization of individual capabilities. The practical significance of the research results lies in the development and experimental justification of methods for improving the physical training of highly qualified athletes with hearing impairment, specializing in hurdling, features of the use of tools and methods of correction of the training process, resulting in increased level of sports skills and results in competitions. The results of the dissertation research are introduced into the training process of Ukrcentr "INVASPORT" , Dnepropetrovsk Regional Central for the Physical Culture and social affairs, Dnipropetrovsk region council "Children and Youth Sport School-INVASPORT" (Dnipro), the deflympic athletics national team of Ukraine; in educational process of the Prydniprovsk State Academy of Physical Culture and Sport in subject "Adaptive sport" which is confirmed by the corresponding acts of introduction.
