The dissertation is devoted to the substantiation, development and evaluation of the effectiveness of the program of sport and fitness classes with means of floorball in the process of physical education of children aged 5-6 to increase their level of morphofunctional state and physical fitness. The results of the observational experiment on the study of age characteristics of physical development, functional state, physical fitness and psychoemotional scope of children aged 5-6, as well as expert assessment data of specialists of physical education of pre-school institutions, are the basis for the development of a program of sport and fitness classes with means of floorball for children aged 5-6. The structural elements program is: the purpose, tasks, principles, organizational and methodological conditions of the program implementation, as well as the criteria to determine its effectiveness. Pedagogical conditions to implement the program of sport and fitness classes with means of floorball for children aged 5-6 were determined. They included: orientation of pedagogical actions; professional competence of specialists (instructors in physical education of pre-school institutions); organization of subject-developing environment; support on didactic and specific principles of teaching motor activity and development of physical abilities of children; taking into account the regularities of physical and mental development of senior pre-school children. The content of the proposed program was both traditional means of physical education of pre-school children (basic movements, general development and marching exercises, active games) and means of floorball sport game. The main forms to implement the program of sport and fitness classes with elements of floorball are: physical education classes (playing), health and recreation activities in the mode of the day (morning gymnastics, physical activity break), active rest of children (physical education holidays), physical education with parents in the home conditions. The general structure of the annual cycle of sport and fitness classes with means of floorball for children aged 5-6 with one macrocyclewas developed. The latter comprises three stages - preparatory, basic and supporting, each of them has its tasks and content. Preparatory stage. The objectives: to form an interest to floorball game; to introduce the names of elements of the game, sports equipment (a stick and a ball) and their safe use; to teach general-purpose physical exercises with a stick and a ball; to promote timely physical development, increase the level of morphofunctional state, physical fitness, psycho-emotional sphere of children. The main stage. The objectives: to teach special-preparatory physical exercises; to improve the skills of the means of the floorball game; to promote the level of psychophysical condition; to promote the development of cognitive processes and speech; to form positive moral and volitional qualities; to promote the socialization of children. Supporting stage. The objectives: to improve technical-tactical actions in the process of playing floorball; to maintain an adequate level of morphofunctional state and physical fitness; to promote the further development of the personality of children. The distribution of program material in the annual cycle of sport and fitness classes with the means of floorball was carried out. The obtained data during the molding experiment testify to the expediency and efficiency of using the proposed program of sport and fitness classes with the means of floorball in the process of physical education of children aged 5-6.
