Роmohaibo K. Medico-social justification of the quality management model of children with obesity.

The Dissertation is devoted to one of the most important scientific and practical tasks of contemporary Healthcare - the medical and social substantiation of the quality management model of children with obesity. The dissertation work represents the results of a comprehensive medical and social study of the prevalence, risk factors, life quality and the state of medical care for obese and overweight children. During the study, the methods for predicting the risk of overweight in children and adolescents, studying the life quality of children with obesity, the model of the main components and the prognostic matrix of the life quality of children with this pathology were developed. On the basis of the results of the research, the optimized model for managing the quality of life of obese children was substantiated and developed, which consists of the subjects, the object of management, the block of scientific regulation, resource support and includes the main directions for solving the problem. Defined: purpose, objectives, principles of the proposed model, the direction of the main strategies and comprehensive measures to optimize the quality of life of children with obesity. In order to emphasize the importance of the developed model for the health care system, the functional and optimized structure of medical care for obese children was separated. The proposed model was evaluated by experts at the proper level. The separate components of the model were introduced into the practice of health care, which will improve the quality of life and medical care for obese children.
