Nunga K. Tactics of conducting pregnancy at women's multiborn with the cicatrix on uterus.

Dissertation work is devoted to rising of frequency of an independent delivery and depression of frequency of perinatal pathology at multiborn women with the cicatrix on uterus on the basis of improvement and introduction of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. Features of obstetric and perinatal complications at multiborn women who travailled independently then they had indications to operation of Cesarean section are studied, and also the structure of these indications is presented. The role of psychological correction in depression of frequency of complications is shown during pregnancy and at delivery at multiborn women with the cicatrix on uterus. The interrelation between clinical features of course of pregnancy and labors, condition of the psychological status and features of the cicatrix on uterus is established at delivery of multiborn women. It allowed to dilate available data on mechanisms of development of perinatal pathology, and also scientifically to prove need of use of individual psychological preparation at stage of female consultation and an obstetric hospital for the purpose of rising of frequency of delivery of per vias naturales and depression of level of perinatal pathology at multiborn women with the cicatrix on a uterus. The main criteria of possibility of delivery by per vias naturales at multiborn women with the cicatrix on uterus are established. It is shown that development of complications of pregnancy (discontinuing threat, placental dysfuction and preeclampsia) happens against the expressed changes of the psychological status. The algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions for rising of frequency of independent delivery and depression of level of perinatal pathology on the basis of individual preparation is improved and introduced during pregnancy and carrying out independent labors at multiborn women with the cicatrix on uterus.
