Essay

The subject of research is environmental monitoring of the environment with the use of on-board equipment for remote piloted aircraft. Research methods. In dissertation work in solving the set scientific problems complexly used: observation method (field studies), systematic approach and methods of structural and parametric analysis, theory and methods of optimization, theory of management and methods of statistical processing of results. Simultaneous simulation based on the use of MatLab 8.1 software was used as an experiment, along with analytical calculations. Scientific novelty of the obtained results: For the first time:an analytical model for assessing the quality of environmental monitoring tasks by means of the UAV has been proposed, the peculiarity of which is taking into account the peculiarities of determining the nature of anthropogenic impact on the environment by improving the equipment of environmental surveillance by optimizing the structure and parameters of aircraft aircraft equipment; an environmental surveillance UAV control algorithm has been developed, which, unlike the existing ones, provides stabilization of an object on an operationally programmable trajectory, which improves the accuracy of the environmental safety assessment of observation objects by using the UAV communication channel. Methods of conducting environmental monitoring using the SAA for complex assessment of man-made pollution of the environment, which, unlike the existing ones, take into account the peculiarities of the territory of observation, which allows to increase the reliability and timeliness of data collection on the nature of the environmental impact. Improved technique of motion control of the SAA of environmental observation, which takes into account the peculiarities of the onboard equipment in the performance of environmental monitoring tasks on a given route by taking into account the indicators of the effectiveness of surveillance systems, which allows to improve the accuracy of obtaining environmental assessments and man-made objects.
