The pedagogical conditions for the formation of the readiness of the future fitness trainers for professional activities in the fitness industry have been identified, theoretically substantiated, and experimentally verified (modern labor market features in the fitness industry are taken into account in the content of preparing future fitness trainers; intensification of the educational and cognitive activities of the future fitness trainers in the result of the introduction of innovative educational technologies, attracting future fitness trainers to use modern means of information and communication technologies in professional activities related to the fitness industry). A model has been developed for the formation of the readiness of the future fitness trainers for professional activities in the fitness industry, including goals and objectives. The model is based on the principles of methodological approaches (competency-based, acmeological, axiological and systemic) based on theoretical, practical, contextual-scientific and personality-developmental training, as well as on the corresponding structural components, criteria, indicators and levels. The model takes into account the appropriate forms, methods and means, the result is the preparedness of the future fitness trainers for professional activities in the fitness industry. The content of the concepts "formation of the readiness of the future fitness trainers for professional activities in the fitness industry", "readiness of the future fitness trainers for professional activities in the fitness industry" and "fitness industry" was clarified. The formation of the readiness of the future fitness trainers for professional activities in the fitness industry is considered as a holistic process that is carried out in higher education institutions with the aim of obtaining students the qualifications to provide effective services for the development of motor abilities, morphofunctional conditions for successful performance at sports competitions and rehabilitation, by conducting specially organized fitness programs. The readiness of the future fitness trainers for the professional activities in the fitness industry is considered by us as a holistic integrative characteristic of a person, which is based on a system of professional and value orientations, which will allow graduates of higher educational institutions to quickly discover the environment of the fitness industry and successfully develop in their professional activities. The fitness industry is considered as a service industry, a set of various subjects of fitness activities (fitness clubs, fitness centers, sports clubs, studios, sports and fitness centers, health centers, gyms) that provide fitness services to attract a healthy lifestyle , support, preservation and strengthening of human health, as well as achieving high sports results. The structure of readiness (motivational-axiological, intellectual, procedural, personal and evaluative-reflective components) of future fitness trainers for professional activities in the fitness industry has been improved; criteria (motivational, informational, cognitive, activity-creative, personal and reflective) and indicators that made it possible to assess the level of formation of the readiness of future fitness trainers for professional activities in the fitness industry; forms, methods and means of forming the readiness of future fitness trainers for professional activities in the fitness industry. Scientific provisions on the design of the content of the formation of the readiness of the future fitness trainers for professional activities in the fitness industry received further development.
