Essay

The dissertation is devoted to improving the quality of medical care for men with sexual disorders and symptoms of lower urinary tract due to benign prostatic hyperplasia by studying the psycho-emotional state, its levels and risk as the basis for their early diagnosis and improvement of complex treatment. It was based on 270 patients (235 patients with BPH with CP and 35 patients in the control group). All patients were divided into 2 groups: 1 group - 75 patients with BPH 1 to 2 stages with SR who received medication; The 2nd group - 160 patients operated on BPH with CP.A linear strong strong correlation (r=0.96) was found between the severity of the symptoms of the lower urinary tract and the degree of ED, which was 91.5% in the SR structure. Characteristic was a decline in the quality of life on all scales of the physical and mental components. 89% of patients showed anxiety at the subclinical level without any difference in groups. The subclinical level of depression in 91.0% of the respondents without preferences in groups differed in form. Somatic - inherent in the case of combined pathology and has a linear relationship between the mean age and age (r=0.59), while cognitive - found in every fourth person whose SR occurred after surgical treatment of BPH. The said substantiated the inclusion of psychotherapy in combination with other therapeutic measures and the choice of its rational methodology, depending on the benefit of one form of depression. The features of the recovery lines of the function of the lower urinary tract, the sexual function are revealed. The efficacy of the proposed treatment is proved: in 70,0% in the case of medication for combined pathology, in 61,0% - in the presence of CP before and after surgical treatment, it is believed that the best after their development after the operation is 74,7%. The compliance rate was 30.0%, 39.0% and 25.3%, respectively. It has been established that over time, men who consider the method of treatment are convenient (with a month - 85.0%, one year later - 54.7%) are significantly lower, hence the desire to continue it was supported by 81.3% and 56.7% respectively; p<0.05. However, the frequency of satisfaction with the results on the contrary increased with each observation.
