Essay

The object of the study – allergic dermatitis (true and microbial eczema, atopic dermatitis). The aim – to increase the effectiveness of treatment for patients with allergic dermatitis by developing the comprehensive therapeutic method based on the study of changes in the skin, intestine biocenosis and immune status. Methods: general clinical, immunoenzyme, bacteriological, genetic, statistical. It was established that among the microbiocenosis of patients with allergic dermatosis in the period of exacerbation prior to the treatment, the most aggressive species of microorganisms with a specific gravity of 60.8% dominated by S. aureus prevail, there is the significant increase in the level of interleukin 17A in serum, which correlates with the severity of the course of the disease and the severity of the microbiocenosis. The prevalence of inactive and inactive genotypes of the TLR 1-I602S gene in patients with atopic dermatitis and eczema is revealed. Gradual sorption and stage external therapy is proposed. The scientific results of the dissertation work are used in the practical health care of the clinics of the SE “Institute of Dermatology and Venereology of the NAMS of Ukraine, MNE “Kharkiv City Skin and Venereal Dispensary No. 1” of the Kharkiv City Council, MNE “Kharkiv City Skin and Venereal Dispensary No. 2” of the Kharkiv City Council, MIHC Regional Clinical Skin and Venereal Dispensary No. 1 (Kharkiv), MI “Zaporizhzhia Regional Skin and Venereal Clinical Dispensary” of the Zaporizhzhya Regional Council, Poltava Regional Clinical Skin and Venereal Dispensary, as well as in the educational process of the department of Dermatology and Venereology of Odessa National Medical University.
