Essay

Object – recurrence of ectopy of the cylindrical epithelium (ECE) of the cervix; goal – increasing the effectiveness of treatment and reducing the frequency of recurrence of ectopy of the cervical cervical epithelium in women with vaginal dysbiosis and human papillomavirus infection by improving and introducing differentiated methods of prevention and treatment; methods – clinical, cytological, colposcopy, ultra-sonographic, immunochemical, luminal, molecular-biological, morphological, immune-histology-chemical, mathematical-statistical; results – the work presents a new solution to the actual problem of modern gynecology to increase the effectiveness of treatment and reduce the frequency of recurrence of ectopy of the cervical cervical epithelium by improving and introducing differentiated methods of prevention and treatment based on a study of risk factors and morphological features of recurrent ectopy of the cervical epithelium of the cervix, immuno-hormonal homeostasis , features of somatic and gynecological morbidity of patients; existing scientific data on the prevalence and risk factors for cervical ECE recurrences have been expanded; obtained new data on the significance of violations of the vaginal microbiota and HPV infection in the occurrence of cervical pathology; the interrelation of cervical ECE recurrences with the functional state of the reproductive system, dysbiotic processes of the vagina, the magnitude of the viral load during human papillomavirus infection; proved the feasibility of immune-histology-chemical studies of cervical biopsy specimens in relapsed ECE with the determination of Ki-67 and p16INK4a expression to identify patients with an increased risk of oncological transformation; it has been proven that the recurrent complicated ECE should be considered in the context of inflammatory and hormonal changes as an indicator of reproductive health disorders; the optimal mode of differentiated diagnostic and treatment algorithms for women with recurrent ECE has been substantiated; branch – medicine.
