Essay

The dissertation presents a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem related to the formation of the professional interaction culture demonstrated by the future specialists of the socionomic sphere, which allowed us to substantiate and build a model facilitating the realization of this process, to develop and experimentally test the pedagogical conditions in the process of the students’ professional training; the content of the notion “professional interaction of specialists of the socionomic sphere” is specified, pedagogical conditions for forming the culture of professional interaction of future specialists representing the socionomic sphere are substantiated. The motivational and evaluative, professional and cognitive, communicative and speech-centred, behavioural-regulatory and individual-creative components have been singled out in the structure of the professional interaction culture demonstrated by the future specialists of the socionomic sphere, the criteria and indicators of the professional interaction culture demonstrated by the future specialists of the socionomic sphere are determine; the model facilitating the formation of the professional interaction culture of the future specialists representing the socionomic sphere is positioned; the results of the stating and final testing are represented. An optional course “Basics of forming a culture of professional interaction of future professionals in the socionomical sphere”, a training program for professional collaboration.
