Essay

The dissertation deals with the problem of organization of industrial practice of the future builders in colleges. The place of practice plays the important role, which is considered as a future job after graduation from higher educational institutions. In the course of industrial practice, the organization of industrial practice in colleges should be based on the principles of the competence approach and directed towards the formation of professionally-oriented knowledge which forms the basis of professional competence of the future builders-professionals. The dissertation analyzes the main definitions of training of the future builders in the college. The organization of the industrial practice of the future specialists in the building sphere in colleges is considered as a systemic interaction between all components of professional training (theoretical and practical training, educational institutions and practice bases, apprentices and masters) during the training of the future specialists of the building sphere. The types of practices in the college have been characterized; the peculiarities of the industrial practice of the future specialists in the building industry have been identified. It has been found out that one of the most important peculiarities necessary for the formation of professional qualities of the future builders are competent specialists who use their knowledge, skills, abilities in practice. Analyzing the professional training of the future specialists in the building industry, we focus attention on the features that relate to: professional requirements for the quality of the future specialists; training of pedagogical personnel for the management of industrial practice; introduction of foreign experience; use of new information technologies; development of methodological support for the industrial practice of the future specialists. Pedagogical conditions have been defined: the first pedagogical condition is the integration of the goals of the industrial practice; the second pedagogical condition is the differentiation of the content of industrial practice; the third condition of industrial practice is to ensure the interaction of masters, apprentices, educational institutions and the role of the environment in which industrial practice is implemented; the fourth pedagogical condition is the step-by-step control of practice. Vocational practice comprises the following functions: adaptive, educational, confirming, educational-developing, upbringing, motivational-stimulating, diagnostic. In the course of the research the model of organization of industrial practice of the future specialists of the building sphere in colleges has been developed. The model consists of organizational-target, content-integrative, productive-activity blocks. The research work substantiates the criteria, indicators and levels of professional-practical preparedness of the future specialists of the building sphere, describes the organization and presents the results of the pedagogical experiment. In the course of the pedagogical experiment, according to the tasks and hypothesis of the research, the following things have been implemented: the integrated program of industrial practice, the module methodology of organization of industrial practice, teaching and methodological supplement of organization of industrial practice for the future builders.
