Essay

The thesis carried out a theoretical synthesis and proposed a new solution to the problem of raising the level of professional communication culture of future marketers in the process of professional training. The thesis analyzes the state of formation of the culture of professional communication of future marketers in the process of professional training. The essence and structure of the culture of professional communication of these specialists are determined. The pedagogical conditions of its formation in future marketers have been theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested, namely: the formation of motivational components of professional communication(cognitive, emotional, and behavioral), which provide professional interaction between marketing activities and step by step achievement of the goals of marketing communications; Students learn integrative content, which combines knowledge about the culture of professional communication, skills and skills of its implementation with knowledge, skills and marketing skills; the use of professional communication training, which provides the development of professionally important qualities and the use of integrative content in the training of marketing professionals.
