Essay

The thesis is devoted to solving the actual scientific task of forming future elementary school teachers’ professional motivation for pedagogical activity. The state of researching the problem in educational theory and practice is analyzed. The essence and structure of future elementary school teachers’ professional motivation for pedagogical activity is specified. The criteria, indicators and the levels of formed professional motivation for pedagogical activity of future elementary school teachers are characterized. The effectiveness of pedagogical conditions for the forming future elementary school teachers’ professional motivation for pedagogical activity has been theoretically substantiated and experimentally verified. The model and methodology of forming future elementary school teachers’ professional motivation for pedagogical activity is developed. Positive results obtained by the author testify to the effectiveness of the pedagogical conditions implemented at the formative stage.
