The essence of such concepts as "legal culture of intending bachelors in economics", "formation of legal culture of intending bachelors in economics" is defined.
The criteria of the formation of legal culture of intending bachelors in economics and their indicators are specified: motivational-valuable (value orientations and legal systems, in particular respectful attitude to the system of legal norms that are currently in force in the society, understanding of the moral content of the law, formation of value-legal motives of readiness for socially meaningful behavior, etc.), informational and cognitive (mastering economic and legal knowledge, knowledge about the necessary techniques and skills of legal activity, the use of knowledge gained on practice, etc.), activity-behavioral (promotion of personality in practical legal activity, skills and abilities to apply the law adequately in the real life situation and in the future professional activities, reasoned persuasion of their opinions, social and legal activity, etc.).
Based on certain criteria and indicators, the levels of formation of the legal culture of intending bachelors in economics are described: high, medium and low.
The second pedagogical condition was implemented on the basis of: updating the content of the following disciplines such as "Economics", "Enterprise Economics", "Finance and Credit", "Accounting", "Marketing", "Management", "Economic Theory" through the implementation of interdisciplinary relations between economics and law; introduction of a special seminar "Legal responsibility in the field of economics"; application of innovative forms: trainings, presentations, individual workshops, scientific and practical conferences, independent work (task cards, handouts, topics of lectures, etc.), active methods: cases, round table, debates, dialogues, method of law-making; "brainstorming", games (cognitive, didactic, role-playing), problem situations, etc.
For the implementation of the third pedagogical condition, organizational forms have been used: lectures, seminars, meetings with law enforcement officers, thematic evenings, conferences, contests, olympiads, showing films, performances, TV programs in public, individual workshops, individual educational routes, creating a business-project, creative coursework projects, industrial practice, independent learning and extra-curricular activities, consultations-interviews, training; active methods: problem-based learning, case study; pedagogical technology (differentiated instruction, problem-based learning, modular, project, game).
Effectiveness of pedagogical conditions is proved by the results of the molding experiment: students from the experimental group showed higher indicators of the levels of formation of legal culture in comparison with the controlled one. The results of the study indicate dynamic positive changes in the legal culture formation indicators of intending bachelors in economics in the process of professional training of experimental groups under the influence of the proposed innovations.
