Panchenko E. Formation of intellectual capital of transnational corporations

The thesis is devoted to the complex study of the theoretical foundations of the formation and accumulation of intellectual capital in TNCs and to substantiation of practical recommendations concerning its increase in the corporate sector of the national economy. The paper reveals the evolution of views on the definition of the nature and structure of intellectual capital; generalized and in-depth methodological approaches to the assessment of intellectual capital. The internal and external features of the formation of intellectual capital of transnational corporations are revealed. The role of intellectual capital in ensuring the competitive leadership of transnational corporations is analyzed; the latest methods of accumulation of intellectual capital of transnational corporations are identified. The problems of formation and development of intellectual capital in Ukraine are determined; grounded ways, priorities and methods of increasing the intellectual capital of the corporate sector of the Ukrainian economy.
