Theoretical, practical and experimental results have been received after scientific research of the process of formation the English professionally oriented competence in spoken interaction of future administrative managers by means of dialogue-questioning. The analysis of the concept and structure of English professionally oriented competence in spoken interaction of future administrative managers is carried out. The definition of English professionally oriented communicative competence as a professionally significant quality of personality, system formation, which provides comprehension and creative use of foreign language information in practical administrative activity and the ability to carry out international activities on solving professional problems is proposed. It is proved that the main components of the English professionally oriented competence in spoken interaction of the future administrative managers are as follows: linguistic, professional and sociocultural. The main requirements, which modern employers put forward to administrative managers, are singled out. A brief overview of existing approaches and methods for learning foreign language and the formation of foreign communication skills is made, and the main requirements of the educational and qualification characteristic of graduates of higher educational institutions, the educational-professional program of Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and international standards of education are overviewed, and determined, what skills and abilities should be formed for administrative managers. The interactive technology of situational simulation with the definition of typical spoken interaction situations of administrative managers is substantiated. The structure, properties and functions of dialogue-questioning as a means of foreign-language professionally oriented communication, level of training and formation of spoken interaction skills of 4-year students, professional duties of administrative managers are considered. A number of recommendations for teachers and students that they can use to form foreign language professionally oriented competence during the training of spoken interaction is distinguished. The main criteria for selection of educational material are generalized, as qualitative (methodological, psychological), didactic (educational value, material importance for formation and development of personality etc.) and quantitative (volume of educational material) are singled out.
