Pustovoit M. Personality safety in social maturity structure of student youth

The dissertation paper is devoted to the theoretical and empirical grounding of personality safety in the structure of social maturity of student youth. The phenomenonology and peculiarities of the interrelation of manifestations of social maturity and personality safety are substantiated in the work. The theoretical model of structural organization of social maturity of a personality is developed, where its such components are distinguished: value-semantic, emotional-evaluative and regulatory-behavioral. The scientific ideas about the subject functional characteristics of social maturity of a personality and psychological content of manifestation of personality safety (system of individual senses, internal harmony and willingness to take risks) have been deepened. As the result of empirical research, the differences of manifestation of personality safety in social maturity structure of future specialists by different professional orientation in personality, motivational and interpersonal characteristics of a personality have been studied out. The specificity and manifestation regularities of resource potential of personality safety in the social maturity structure of student youth has been revealed by means of empirical verification of resource potential of the emotional balance of personality safety for the students of technical and humanitarian specialties and resource potential of behavioral normativity of personality safety for the students of risk-dangerous professions.
