Honcharov Oleksii Hennadiiovych O. Comprehensive physical rehabilitation in the osteochondrosis of the lumbar-sacral division of the spine at fighters-veterans of sport in the training motor mode

A sufficient number of techniques are analyzed, but they are all provided for patients with osteochondrosis of the spine or as an intensification of the restorative process, or as for the fastest return to work, most of them do not take into account the functional state of the cardiovascular system, the adaptive potential of these patients, and the biological age. Not enough attention was paid to the complex application of means of physical rehabilitation for athletes veterans with osteochondrosis of lumbar sacral location, almost there are no programs of physical rehabilitation for fighters – veterans of sport. The results of the study confirmed the effectiveness of the developed program of physical rehabilitation, the indicators of the functional state of the spine, cardiovascular system, physical activity, and biological age have improved statistically significantly in the veterans’ fighters of the main group.
