Essay

The dissertation is devoted to solving an important psychodidactic problem - finding ways to improve the training and professional motivation of future specialists in the field of medical stomatology. The empirical parameters of assessment of the motivation of future dentists studying: the dominance of internal motivation of educational and professional activity, level of self-esteem, sense of life orientation, internality. The criteria and indicators of the levels of development of educational and professional motivation are determined and the empirical data of their expression are presented for students - future dentists. The system of psychological and pedagogical factors contributing to the development of the motivation of future dentists in the educational process of higher educational institutions is substantiated. The effectiveness of an experimental program for the development of training and professional motivation of students who acquire the profession of a dentist has been developed, tested and tested.
