Savin R. Financing the activities of international agroholdings in the global agricultural market

The dissertation is devoted to the deepening of theoretical and methodological principles of the study of financing of the activities of international agricultural holdings on the global agricultural market and the development of an organizational and economic mechanism for financing the activities of agricultural holdings in Ukraine in the process of European integration. The paper generalizes theoretical approaches to the study of theoretical aspects of the evolution of development and the specifics of the activities of agricultural holdings in the agricultural market; The characteristic of financial instruments for ensuring the activity of international agroholdings in the global agricultural market is given; systematic methodical approaches to assessing the level of capitalization of agroholdings activities; the preconditions, factors and consequences of corporatization processes of the agrarian sector of the global economy are analyzed; defined dynamics of direct foreign investments as an indicator of the scale of activity of international agroholdings; clustering of international agricultural holdings based on the results of financial and economic activity on the global agricultural market; the current state and peculiarities of the development of Ukrainian agroindustrial complex in the conditions of world integration processes are analyzed; the financial conditions of providing strategic directions of development of large agro-industrial formations of Ukraine are determined; A matrix-transition is proposed based on a combination of two indicators: the current state of the enterprise (which is characterized by the corresponding cluster) and its possible changes (positive or negative); strategic directions of development of international agroholdings in Ukraine have been developed depending on the company's belonging to the cluster and taking into account possible changes in their development; the organizational and economic mechanism of financing of the activity of agroholdings in Ukraine in the process of European integration was proposed and substantiated.
