Artistic legacy of M. Tutkowskyj, M. Shypovych, S. Drimtsov presence the stylistic references of Ukrainian music culture in the end of the XIXth — the first third of the XX century which are identified in materials of Central State historical archive of Ukraine (CSHA of Ukraine) — F. 442, F. 247; Institute of Manuscript of the National Library of Ukraine named after V.I. Vernadsky (IMNLUV) – F.1; F. 218; F. 221; Musical fond and fond of Periodicals NLUV; Central State archivemuseum of literature and art of Kiev (CSAMLA of Ukraine) — F.6, Ф. 129, F.1155; Pshenichnaya Central State film and photo archive of Ukraine — accounting unit 38606. The definition of stylistic references refers to Ukrainian musical culture characteristic of the end of the XIX — the first quarter of the ХХ century and cultural heritage of little known composers of the given period of time. Methodological basis for stylistic references as polymeasurable ones is the concept of boundedness on Ukrainian culture of researchers V. Grechenko and K. Kislyuk based by the principles of multi-vectorness of cultural influences, multi-confessionality, multiethnicity and multi-structurality. Based on this concept, the stylistic coordinates of the Ukrainian musical culture of the end of the 19th - the first third of the 20th century are typed as polymeasuring, testifying the pattern of national-cultural reflection on the multivector of Western European and Russian cultural influences with the character of historical delays and mediation and through the prism of the national tradition. These polymeasuring coordinates were reflected in the creative heritage of little-known artists. For justification of the stylistic principles of romanticism and modernism in the creative heritage of the artists, the analysis was made of the literary and musical texts, the materials of musical and pedagogical activity of M. Tutkovsky, M. Shipovich, S. Drimtsov, which witnessed the arrival of a new generation of creative elite brought up on classical European examples of science and culture. Keywords: stylistic references of Ukrainian musical culture, cultural heritage of little known composers, archival materials, polymeasuring, Romanticism, Modernism, Nikolai Tutkovskiy, Nikolai Shipovich, Sergei Drimtsov.
