Essay

The absence of a complete integrated and comprehensive scientific conceptual phenomenon of “leadership” at this stage of the development of scientific issues requires more complex development of the problems of evolution. On a stable theoretical analysis of political leadership familiar with the common difficulties that are associated with the complexity of the phenomenon, showing most of the political relations. The United States remains the key world state, but in crises in the global economy and politics that have domestic political implications, the preconditions for the reduction of the US influence in the world. On the basis of the complex analysis, the main strategies of global US leadership in the contemporary international system, possible prospects for its preservation and strengthening are outlined. In this context, the essence and content of the conceptual-theoretical discourse of US leadership in the world are revealed. The paper analyzes the US Global Leadership Strategy for George W. Bush Senior, B. Clinton, George W. Bush, B. Obama, D. Trump, and defines US influence on the dynamics and scale of global transformations during their presidency. The difference in the conceptualization of global leadership of the aforementioned presidents is revealed. It is underlined that the United States will continue to play a decisive role in world politics, while the conceptual and applied support of US policy and security strategies that affect international politics is an integral part of the US geopolitical interests.
