Essay

Object of research is professional training of future masters in physical therapy, ergotherapy. The purpose of the study is theoretical substantiation, development and experimental verification of the model of development of professional competence of future masters in physical therapy, ergotherapy in the process of production practice. The scientific novelty is in the fact that for the first time the model of professional competence development of future masters in physical therapy, ergotherapy in the process of production practice, which consists of theoretical-methodological, analytical, procedural and criterion-effective blocks, is grounded; based on competence, acmeological, bioethical, valeological, sociocultural, professional-activity, system and person-oriented approaches, specific principles, provides for improvement of content, forms, methods, direct contact with the rehab, simulation of real situations and means; criteria of development of professional competence, indicators and levels of development of professional competence of future masters in physical therapy, ergotherapy in the process of production practice are determined; the components of professional competence of future masters of physical therapy, ergotherapy, which are getting their development in the process of production practice, are specified; content of the concept "development of professional competence of future masters in physical therapy, ergotherapy in the process of production practice"; the task and principles of organization of production practice for the development of components of professional competence of future masters in physical therapy, ergotherapy were improved.
