Lypak H. Formation of consolidated information resources of libraries, archives and museums of territorial communities

The thesis analyzes the global experience of the integration of information resources of institutions of social memory (libraries, archives, museums); comparison of functional capabilities, sources of information, ways of consolidating heterogeneous information resources in successful international and, national Internet portals that consolidate digital information from the funds of these institutions is made. The prospects and expediency of the development and implementation of consolidated information resources of social memory institutions at the level of individual territorial communities are substantiated as a significant information and technological basis for the construction of a nationwide resource. The verbal model of the consolidated information resource of the territorial community and a prototype of a website - single access point to the consolidated information resources of an arbitrary territorial community are expressed. It made a reliable, basic for further practical implementation of the complete system information project.
