Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the actual scientific problem of reducing harmful effects on the environment from the accumulation, storage and process of utilization of worn-out automobile tires and rubber-technical waste. This problem is solved by the application of multi-circulating pyrolysis technology, which can obtain alternative liquid fuel, pyrocarbon and metal cord. The model of thermal utilization process has been developed for MCP tecnology. It determines the influence of temperature parameters on the composition and mass consumption of components in the gas and liquid phases in separate circuits. The results of the research consist of calculated numbers of the mass fractions of heteroatomic components in liquid phases. In particular it is 2,11% (mass) of the total amount of compounds contained in the primary gas mixture for the 1st contour, 1,07% (mass) for 2nd, and 0,45% (mass) for 3rd contour. Thereby it’s possible to achieve separation of the fractions on 0,24% (mass) in the pyrolysis gas and 0,29% (mass) in the liquid product fraction on the 4th contour. The difference of experimental numbers and theoretical calculations does not exceed 7%. It gives reasons to assert about the adequacy of the developed model. Data and practical recommendations for the implementation of equipment for the thermal treatment of worn-out automobile tires and rubber-technical waste on MCP technology in the industrial process have been developed for designing of equipment for «ERVO EnviTech s.r.o» and LLC «TechnoAlianService»
