Essay

The fundamental research of the problem of formation of professional identity of the future junior specialists in nursing on the basis of deontological approach has been realized in the dissertation. The state of development of the problem of formation of professional identity of the future junior specialists in nursing on the basis of deontological approach in psychological-pedagogical theory and in practice have been studied and analyzed. Formation professional identity of the future junior specialists in nursing on the basis of deontological approach provides for the process of mastering by students the standard professional requirements, which give them opportunity to adequately perceive medical reality, to be oriented in it, to produce professionally expedient strategies and tactics, tasks and plans of professional activity, to consciously regulate their own behavior within the limits of the established professional-regulatory imperatives. The professional identity, formed in such way, is characterized by the presence in the future junior specialists in nursing of a set of knowledge that reflects the substantive content of intellectual, worldview and moral values; the ability to predict and construct the process of professional activity, taking into account its specifics in interaction with the colleagues and patients and is determined by the content of norms of professional medical ethics and deontology, ethical-moral imperatives, professional-ethical ideals and values of medical activity. The essence, content and structure of professional identity of the future junior specialists in nursing have been clarified; components, criteria, indicators and levels of its formation have been concretized. The effectiveness of pedagogical conditions has been theoretically substantiated and experimentally checked (psychological-pedagogical support of the formation of professional identity of the future junior specialists in nursing on different stages of study; ensuring the formation of the deontological outlook of the future junior specialists in nursing by enriching the content of disciplines with information of interdisciplinary nature; constructing of professional-moral environment on the basis of treatment-prevention establishments during the period of practical training; organization of reflexive-creative educational activity of students of medical college); the structural-functional model of formation of professional identity of the future junior specialists in nursing on the basis of deontological approach has been developed. The content, forms and methods of formation of professional identity of the future junior specialists in nursing in medical colleges using the ideas of the deontological approach have been improved.
