Essay

The dissertation deals with the problem of improvement of professional training of the future supply officers to professional activity based on the principles of praxeological approach that provides the formation of their readiness for professional activity. The components of readiness of the future supply officers for professional activity are determined the following: motivational-valuable, theoretical-substantive, activity-praxeological, personally-volitional. The criteria to each component are: the presence of motives and target orientations to assessment the necessary set of knowledge, abilities and skills that will provide the proper level of readiness of the future supply officers for professional military activity; revealing the appropriate level of knowledge that determines theoretical-tactical readiness of the future supply officers for solving professional tasks; manifestation by the future supply officers professional abilities and skills in the process of participation in simulated praxeological professionally oriented situational tasks during the study; emotional-volitional stability and activity of the future supply officers in simulated non-standard situations of professional military activity. The formation of each component has been determined by four levels: high, sufficient, basic, low. The pedagogical conditions, which are directed at the formation of certain component of readiness of the future supply officers for professional activity have been determined: formation of positive motivation of the future supply officers to professional activity based on the axiology of the practical component of professional activities; fundamentalization of knowledge of the future supply officers in the process of solving praxeological professionally oriented tasks; facilitation in mastering the experience of cadets in the implementation of practical professional actions as part of rational activity of the supply officer; directing of cadets’ self-education activity to mastering the strategies of rationalizing professional actions. The author’s variant of structural-functional model of training of the future supply officers to professional activity based on the principles of praxeological approach that is considered as a specially constructed object in the form of a scheme, displays in simplified form the structure, properties, interconnections between the components (purpose, conceptual scientific basis of realization praxeological approach, principles, methods, forms, pedagogical conditions, participants of educational process, components and levels of readiness of the future supply officers for professional activity, results) have been developed. All structural parts of the author’s structural-functional model are interdependent and interconnected. The experimental research has been conducted in four stages: theoretical-organizational, diagnostic-ascertained, activity-forming, resulting-analytical. For the analysis of the results of the experimental research we compared the state of readiness of the future supply officers for professional activity who studied in control and experimental groups, and the dynamic of changes on the stages of input and final control. The reliability of experimental research results have been verified through the use of mathematical statistics methods by defining Fisher’s criterion. The comparative analysis of empirical value of Fisher’s criterion for control groups with the values of 1,09, 1,17, 1,18, 1,28 for different components and general indicators of readiness of the future supply officers goes beyond the prescribed limits. For experimental groups Fkrit it is in the range of 1,7 – 1,3 with the indicators of 1,3; 1,32; 1,33 and it confirms the reliability of the obtained results.
