Object of study: processes of the transnationalization of the tourist services market in terms of globalization. Aim: development of the theoretical and methodological grounds of the international tourist services market and improvement of scientific and practical recommendations towards the international tourist services market development taking into account the influence of the processes of transnationalization and globalization. Methods: method of dialectical cognition, method of system analysis and generalization, historical method, methods of analysis, synthesis and comparative analysis, forecasting method. Scientific novelty: application of the branch adaptive approach to the management of the activities of transnational travel companies is offered; a conceptual scheme for the transnationalization of the tourist services market is developed; the necessity of developing a fundamentally new direction for the strategic policy of transnational travel companies – the policy of integrated tourist interaction is substantiated and the structural and functional scheme of integrated tourist interactions on the international tourist services market is developed; theoretical bases of the study of globalization are deepened through the identification of its additional features, and it is justified that TNCs modify the traditional international division of labour, causing its new form, i.e. the intercorporate division of labour; a structural scheme of the formation of quality of tourist services on the international tourist services market is developed; the conceptual and categorical apparatus of the research is developed by means of definition of the categories "transnational corporation" and “transnationalization of the tourist services market”. The research results are implemented in practical activities of the Department of Economics of Mariupol City Council, Mariupol Branch of the Donetsk Chamber of Commerce, LLC "Sputnik" (Mariupol), Travel Agency "Vsesvit" (Mariupol); in the educational process of the Mariupol State University. Sphere of usage: interdisciplinary.
